Our roles and responsibilities include:• Talent Sourcing: Actively search for and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and suitability for the role.• Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and fit for the company\'s culture and requirements.• Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, departmental needs, and organizational culture.• Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial contact with candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating job offers.• Building Talent Pipelines: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.• Providing Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering feedback and support at every stage.• Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating onboarding processes and assisting with initial setup.• Maintaining Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate status and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).• Staying Current on Recruitment Trends: Continuously improve recruitment strategies by staying informed on industry trends and best practices.This role is important to ensure that Bosun matches the right talent to the right opportunities, helping businesses grow while providing candidates with fulfilling career paths.
