   General Function:Responsible for bringing extensive knowledge and strategic capabilities within digital marketing including, email, push, SMS, paid media, SEO, social media, e-commerce, owned media and a passion to improve the lives of Hy-vee\'s customers. Help further define and optimize Hy-Vee’s digital strategy; including the refinement of the digital organizational structure, exploration of relevant technologies, agency RFP’s and the Omni-channel roadmap.2. Key point of contact for Digital Marketing Team members and project/campaign stakeholders.3. Work with data science teams to integrate and evolve data requirements as needed.4. Work with traditional marketing managers to understand campaign goals, then integrate strategic digital marketing plans to include email, owned properties, customer communications, display, social, paid search etc. where applicable.6. Analyze and interpret campaign performance to optimize and report overall results utilizing various reporting software including Google Analytics 4.8. Assist marketing team in a variety of activities to support Marketing and Loyalty.9. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best digital practices.11. Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.12. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.13. Collaborates with stakeholders and business units in strategic discussions, goal setting, and best practices.
