Aerotek Industrial Working within our Industrial Division, I specialized solely on Manufacturing/Light Industrial/Warehouse & Distribution based positions including but not limited to: Production Supervisors, Quality Inspectors, Machine operator, Material handler, and Electronic/ Mechanical Assemblers. I would partner with my counterparts in our Engineering, Administrative, and Aviation Divisions as we become our Clients\' sole provider for staffing. As an Account Manager: Responsible for constantly seeking out new clients while also servicing the needs of our current clients. Responsible for all business development including prospecting new companies, cold calling, contract negotiations, executing contracts, saturating our current clients Meet with current clients daily in order to provide excellent customer service and strengthen the relationships Fully took the time to truly understand the clients business in order to know the needs and wants for each customer Running reports and performing constant market analysis to keep up with the trends within our perspective industry Performing quarterly and yearly performance reviews with current clients Documented all activities with clients using Salesforce Directly manage, train, and develop Recruiters while also developing other non-direct reports Trained and mentored recruiters on using various sourcing strategies, screening and recruiting processes, learning the different skills sets, lead generation, and increasing their overall business acumen.
