   2024Launched “Site Links” for Meta Ads, which is the fastest growing ad product in Meta’s history, reaching $7B ARR within 2 months, hitting $11B Annual Run Rate (ARR) during Cyber5 and continuing to grow- Prototyped the E2E solution, conducted both user and advertiser side A/B testings for product launch- Led teams across FB, IG, Core Ads, Gen AI, Crawling, Ranking to scale the product in terms of demand, supply, utilization and ad efficiency/performance. Patterned with PMM for GTM strategy and advertiser outreach.2023 My work added $620m incremental company revenue- Led team of 3 to expand Advantage+ Creative to Using Existing Post ads traffic, growing adoption from $0 to $8B ARR- Initiated, built and global launched photo album ads re-order feature, reducing 10% Cost-per-mille for advertisers- Led team of 4 to validate new initiatives on Creative Metadata and directly worked on 11 experiments/analyzed 18, establishing 0.17% company incremental revenue opportunities.20••••22- Removed Meta ads\' dependency on Facebook post, improving video ads publishing latency by 6s- Migrated Creative API to be unified, reducing fragmentation across different ad products for Static Ads, Dynamic Product Ads, etc- Designed and implemented the API and product infrastructure for Meta advantage+ creative, which now reaches 40B ARR.
