About Abhijit Bose

Being the core member of the YoBykes Team and with a strong battery background, Abhijit pioneered the EV revolution in 2006. He built the YoBykes business from inception- Built the team, the brand and most importantly built a Pan India Distribution Network in a year’s time. In the first year itself bikes were sold and YoBykes became a generic brand in Electric 2Wheelers in India. He was again recalled by Electrotherm in 2015 to resurrect the E-2 & 3 Wheeler Business. He again rebuilt the business by building a new team, launched India’s 1st L5 Electric Auto and more over rebuilt the distribution network by traveling more than KMs by road to understand the customers. As an independent consultant, his current consulting assignments include EV Space in India in Two and Three Wheeler segments with respect to business strategy, building brands,setting up of distribution network, pricing,policies and growth etc. Abhijit is also an internationally acclaimed photographer and have publications in Nat Geo, Dodho (Barcelona) and The Statesman Tabloid (London) to name a few. He actively exercised his creative passion while advising a boutique creative agency for their clients in the FMCG,Health & Wellness, Travel & Tourism,Automobiles and Food & Beverages sectors in India for last 2 years. He recently founded Woodpeckers(woodpeckersmedia.com), a boutique creative agency, dedicated to start-ups and companies who want to grow but have limited budgets.Woodpeckers is creating exclusive designs for customers to make their visual communications effective and penetrating to build their business and brands. He is open to offer his experience in Electric Vehicle space, building brands, distribution network and guiding companies to raise funds, helping companies to set foot in India and establishing International Channel set up. He is also interested to offer his expertise to clients on building brands, business strategies in various sectors other than Non-EV space too.
