Working on the MASSive project (MANUFACTURING AS A SERVICE TO INCREASE RESILIENCE IN VALUE NETWORKS) funded by the European Union. This aims at increasing value network resilience, by enabling manufacturers to rapidly respond to unforeseen external events or sudden changes in supply or demand, utilizing manufacturing as a service. This is achieved by developing models of value networks that allow for assessing impacts of events and by servitizing existing manufacturing assets in multiple rganizations.Achievements & Impacts- Develop methods that allow for companies to classify their manufacturing processes and characterize them by their process capabilities and capacity- Analyses of the applicability of circular services into the value network to increase resilience- Develop models and methods for determining the cost of offering servicesWorking on the SAM project (Sector Skills Strategy in Additive Manufacturing) co-funded by the Erasmus+Program of the European Union.Achievements & Impacts- Map the roadmaps, strategies and policies at European and international levels for a long-term technological and industrial plan- Develop a methodology to design/review the professional profiles for AM engineers and design an AM sectoral framework to sustain and feed the AM qualifications system- Develop an operational guideline on context and training tools in AM for implementing the Professional Profile(s) and Qualification(s)- Develop and conduct the \"International Metal AM Coordinator\" Advanced Training Course- Develop and conduct two advanced AM training programs in “Process selection” and “Business for Additive Manufacturing”- Conduct Responsible Research & Innovation (RRI) diagnosis at the Ecole Centrale de Nantes- Develop a strategy for promoting RRI competencies for Open-Source Learning Environment (OSLE), which is under development and practice at LS2N.
