Businesses have become great at collecting, analyzing, and presenting insights from data. However, companies don\'t collect the data for the sake of data; they collect it so they can answer business questions they have with respect to their own or their clients\' business. When doing so, decision-makers often need to involve knowledge they have as subject matter experts. Such knowledge is prone to biases since it is are difficult to quantify, resulting in strategic miscalculations and ultimately leading to unfavorable outcomes.Rizn.io is set to solve this problem by building software that uses mathematics to quantify human reasoning by evaluating the strength of arguments. • Guided the planning, development, testing and deployment of Rizn.io product portfolio from inception to market;• Built a validation process by cold-contacting and interviewing dozens of professionals from Big-Data, management consulting, research and HR firms;• Performed Business Canvases, SWOT, Business model and segmentation analyses to identify the strategic segments of interest;• Implemented SCRUM development practices with sprint definitions, daily and weekly update meetings. Organized bi-weekly meetings with different prospects;• Used UML, Balsamiq, and Photoshop to create storyboards, architecture descriptions, feature specs, and low to high fidelity mockups;• Created documentation for feature specification;• Delivered on four “proof of concept” projects with Big-Data and Consulting firms;• Successfully rolled out 2 full stack applications through 7 projects and 36 sprint cycles, with continuous deployment;• Designed growth funnels and KPIs to track product health in the market;• Studied, collected, and codified underlying mathematical algorithms;• Built an analytics Dashboard displaying real-time likelihood of decisions to be true;• Built Front-End stack as a SPA (with Angular2) that communicated with backend app through APIs;
