As a senior equity consultant at Eastern Equity Advisors, I work on raising equity capital and structuring LP partnerships in all real estate asset classes. Servicing investors, limited partners and commercial real estate owners, I assist by arranging the equity they need for their deals. As part of my role, I also build and maintain relationships with private equity real estate funds and family offices to help broaden the spectrum of equity sources for our clients.
