I am passionate about maximizing potential for executives and organizations in the life sciences industry.Before joining Catalyst Advisors, I served as VP of Relationship Management for GLG Institute. In this position, I curated an ecosystem of industry luminaries and subject matter experts who readily shared their knowledge to create a world-leading platform for learning. Earlier, I built a progressive career with Bayer which crossed geographic boundaries to include the U.S, Russia, Germany, and Switzerland. I served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Bayer Medical Care, drove strategic initiatives, managed the integration of several M & As and established a full-scale financial control function from the ground up.Today, I provide strategic vision and advice, but I still enjoy getting into the thick of the work.
