I\'ve been a gamer since I was 5 years old, and first completed an apprenticeship as a retail salesman at Flachsmann (later MediaMarkt), and built up the then enormously growing business with video games there. Then, after a few years, the opportunity arose to join the sales force at KONAMI, and so at the beginning I took care of the retail customers in Baden-Württemberg. Within the department, I first developed into a Key Account Manager, then as Sales Manager Germany I took over the entire team in Germany and finally as Sales Manager Central Europe I was responsible for a large number of European countries, before I made my final career step at KONAMI as Head of Digital Business Central Europe. So after 19 years I joined GIANTS Software as Global Head of Publishing to convert the company to self-publishing and to self-publish and distribute the product Farming Simulator worldwide on all platforms.
