As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, I design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem—including Sales, Field Service, Finance, Commerce, and Supply Chain Management—to address complex and evolving business requirements.I lead the end-to-end solution architecture process, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with strategic business objectives. My experience spans multiple full-platform implementations across industries such as professional services, retail, and manufacturing.A key focus of my role is integrating Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Engagement) with external systems using tools such as the Data Management Framework, OData, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps), and direct APIs. I also oversee the development, customization, and optimization of Dynamics applications to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.I manage DevOps processes to track and maintain project deliverables, including user stories, dashboards, and automated testing pipelines. I also lead the creation and execution of acceptance testing suites to ensure quality assurance through efficient test execution, monitoring, and reporting.Working closely with stakeholders, I analyze business needs, define solution architecture, and deliver implementations that support both current operations and future growth. I ensure the delivery of comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and go-live reviews, to support long-term scalability and maintainability.Additionally, I collaborate with the Microsoft FastTrack team and stay current with emerging Dynamics 365 features and industry trends, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement of solution offerings.
