Extensive expertise in value chain analyses, intangible property migration, supply chain planning, business model optimization, post-merger integration, valuation of entities and intangible assets, cost sharing/derivation of platform contributions, and development of royalty rates. Defended under audit and in appeals various transfer pricing matters, including sourcing structures, IP transactions, and cost allocations. Specialization in financial transactions transfer pricing focusing on intercompany financing, debt capacity, factoring, guarantees, and cash pooling arrangements. Led numerous large-scale global transfer pricing documentation engagements for multinational clients.Work on planning projects aimed at enhancing and streamlining, from tax and transfer pricing perspectives, value chains, high-value services, IP, and digital principal structures. Led, from a transfer pricing perspective, numerous IP migration projects for multinational companies looking to consolidate IP from several countries into hubs and capability centers. Along with performing the valuations of the IP for such projects, advised on the optimal operating model and transaction flow structure to ensure proper substance for sustaining residual IP returns. Engage in value chain projects for companies in post-merger integration mode or looking to improve the IP ownership structure for better alignment with business objectives and the natural evolution of their businesses. Currently serve as the US Inbound TP Leader, focusing on the development and implementation of the Inbound TP strategy. Since June 2023, I have taken on the role of the US TP Operations Leader. Previously served as the Global and U.S. Transfer Pricing Technology Leader as well as the Global Transfer Pricing Digital Leader.
