Global Microsoft Active Directory and related systems’ operational and project support•Adherence to Directory Services governance policies, technology standards and processes.•Co-ordination with North American and Asia-based counterparts for the delivery of all Active Directory services,•Manage End User Platforms (Microsoft Active Directory and SharePoint) on-site staff •Support the Microsoft Active Directory platform: WINS, NDES, DNS, Group Policies, ADFS, MFA, etc.•Execute Microsoft AD infrastructure changes such as provisioning, deploying, upgrading, decommissioning activities among others.•Provide guidance and leadership to both Microsoft Active Directory and SharePoint local teams•Escalation point for any HR related issues•Work closely with incumbent outsourcing partners and/or other internal support towers•Response to incidents and service requests within service level objectives•Provide on-call support during off hours in the event of P2 or P1 incidents/problems•Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problems•Maintain technical and support documentation•Participate in local and global support and operations meetings•3 – 8 employees under direct supervision•Support of global users
