Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes (set up new hires, benefit enrollments, termination, etc.)- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries- Manage, track, and report on turnover and retention metrics to identify trends and make recommendations- Create, implement, and manage employee engagement, retention, onboarding strategies, initiatives, and programs- Partner with the centers’ leadership to develop and implement engagement and retention action plans- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers regarding performance management system, leave management, and other areas- Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and retention programs and drive ongoing process improvement- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, new hires surveys, insight sessions, stay interviews, exit interviews to gather feedback and integrate them into the development of retention strategies- Leave management (maternity, parental, STD, LTD, etc.)- Manage performance review process and bonus programs- Manage Wellness Programs (online challenges, virtual webinars/workshops) and Anniversary Programs- Create and manage the wellness and HR SharePoint pages- Verify and approve monthly bills and expenses.
