ABOUT BORA BASOK

I am a Development Manager in Real Estate Industry. I listen to market triggers, consult with finance professionals and coordinate with designers. I perform to make what the end users can afford and enjoy for living while i should present outcomes to the senior management. I have over 10 years experience mainly focused on Residential Development. I am truly committed to the creation of maximum project efficiency and added value for user experience. For all this time, I chased the highest financial results by using Design and Integrated Marketing Communication tools. I like to work in multidiscipline backed by my wide ranging educational backgrounds which give me the chance to achieve goals with problem solving, innovative solutions that benefit the project. In my past projects, i achieved to decrease construction costs up to 20 percent by design optimization. The ability to see the big picture while also being able to dive into the details let me participate in many phases of development functions including market research, feasibility analysis, design development, strategic positioning, marketing communications, relations with administrative organs, coordination with partners, financial evaluations, contract review and business development. Being a member of multinational and multicultural teams who achieved successful projects with 3 International Awards makes me proud.
