With over 10 years of experience in finance and management, I have a proven track record of driving operational and financial success, ensuring compliance, and cultivating strategic partnerships.In my previous role as the CFO at SouthLight Healthcare, I spearheaded projects that yielded significant revenue gains and operational efficiencies, taking the organization into operational surplus for the first time in eight years. I also reorganized the IT departmental structure and focus, saving costs and enhancing throughput. Additionally, I served on the board of directors of Me Fine Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance and emotional support to families with critically ill children.
