   This Project involved Migration of Aspen IP21 historian to OSI PI Historian and change the data point of the IP21 dependent applications to OSI PI system for multiple sites, Using PI Connector for OPC UA Gen1 & PI OPC DA interface for continuous data, PI UFL & RDBMS interface for Alarms & events data, PI EFgen interface for Batch data, AF framework, PI Vision and creation of required documentationsRoles and Responsibilities:• Analyzing existing Aspen IP21 historian architecture/functionality for continuous data, Alarm & Event data and Batch flow for multiple sites• Providing target PI architecture for continuous data, Alarm & Event data and Batch data for multiple sites• Creating DDS (Detailed design specifications) document • Creating MTL (Master tag list) document • Creating RTM+FRA (Requirements Traceability Matrix & Functional Risk Assessment) document • Kepware OPC server configuration from source PLC• Installing PI component PI Connector for OPC UA Gen1 & PI OPC DA interface for continuous data, PI UFL & RDBMS interface for Alarms & events data, PI EFgen interface for Batch data, AF framework, PI VisionOn DEV environment, configuration and testing data flow and same configuration will be implemented in Pre-Prod and production environment• Implemented HDR functionality using PI OPC UA connector with PI RDBMS interface• Implemented watchdog functionality• Provided Target PI solution for custom application in Aspen IP21 historian• Provided KT/shadow session to team members about PI UFL, PI RDBMS, PI OPC UA connector and Kepware server channel & device for different PLC driver
