Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and establish external relationships. Consult with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements and preferences. Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads and develop lists of potential candidates. Work with HR Partners and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates. Help mentor and support new Talent Advisors. Attend local career fairs. Presently an iCIMS ambassador and Pulse Check facilitator.
