I was the team leader for our technical support team and for enhancements provided in the product.I then changed my career to focus on project / program management. I was PMI and IBM certified in project/program management for 13 years. I managed very large programs that covered software, hardware, and solutions. In addition, I lead a cross functional team consisting of members from marketing, sales, finance, development, quality, support, etc. This team was responsible for a Storage software portfolio that spanned multiple products. I have 20 plus years of management experience where I was a first line and second line manager. In this role, I managed program managers of storage hardware and support. I also managed various products in IBM Storage where I was responsible in leading the design, code, test, documentation, support, and quality of the products within my teams. These teams were as large as 300+ across various countries. Program Director of FlashSystems quality and support for two years. In this role, I managed the quality and L3 field support teams. I provided leadership in driving quality enhancements into the product, addressed customer support on product concerns, and drive analytic analysis to determine areas to focus on. I worked with a world time team to ensure world class support was provided.In March 2018, I moved into managing IBM Storage business operations team. In this role I am responsible for the Storage development budget and business controls. I also program manage various business areas such as quality.June 2019 - July 2021 I was the Program Director for Storage Program Management where I managed a team responsible for Storage for Hybrid Cloud and Storage for Z programs. I lead the transformation in how we executed program management and ensured on-time delivery of our programs.July 2021 I moved into the Program Director for IaaS PMO where I am an upper manager responsible for the delivery of programs and business operations.April 2024 I moved into the Program Manager for IBM TLS AI portfolio, where I am responsible for the delivery of our AI solutions for IBM support.
