Since 1997, I have dedicated my professional career to helping organizations and individuals evolve and change for the better through effective project management, business analysis, leadership, and agility skill development. As a facilitator and coach, I have directly assisted over one hundred organizations in the public and private sectors in delivering projects and products more efficiently and maturing their leaders and teams for greater return of value. I currently deploy my facilitation and coaching skills in two ways:(1) via Baldus Consulting I contract to training companies such as SoftEd and TEKsystems; and (2) via Cygnet Leadership Solutions I develop and deliver project management, business analysis, agility, and leadership training to direct clients.Great things can be accomplished via strong partnerships and I strive to provide each client, whether direct or indirect, with the best information and experience possible. At Cygnet Leadership Solutions, we support each client by understanding their goals and environments and then work with that client to develop the best training and coaching for their unique needs. For us, it is about relationships and success, not just profit. To top it off, we strive to make our offerings applicable, informational, motivational, and memorable.Our HANDS-ON workshops are informational, engaging, and highly motivating and emphasize practical application, NOT book theory. We can even tailor the workshops for you. Our approach inspires people to take immediate and lasting action.(For book theory, we also offer PMI certification prep courses.) Value: the importance, worth, or usefulness of somethingLeveraging interactive workshops and coaching, I assist people and organizations in developing practical skills that enable them to deliver value. Value may involve developing customer-oriented products and services, delivering project results successfully, or leading others to a greater level of performance. This requires a mastery of product requirements, strategic and tactical planning, prioritization, and motivating self and others. Regardless of where my clients sit in the realm of business analysis, project management, leadership, and/or Agile product development, I love to meet individuals where they are in their careers and help them navigate to where they want to be. Why is this important? Because successful people and successful organizations establish trajectories to achieve both short- and long-term goals. Without that drive and the skills to support the journey, people and organizations stagnate. Bottom line: I want people and organizations to succeed quickly and efficiently, not stagnate or struggle. My goal is that within just a few hours with me, people gain and refine skills that immediately increase their value contributions. This is key for organizations to embrace change, evolve, and innovate strategically.
