Manage the daily activities and each phase of the program to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met throughout the year including recruiting and selecting students, scheduling and planning events, evaluating program effectiveness, and managing the budget• Communicate regularly through a variety of methods with the major stakeholders, particularly manage the communications with corporate partners• Manage Launch Weekend, the two-day kick-off event for STAR for all 20-30 corporate partners and 150+ students • Manage Canvas maintenance and material updates• Develop and lead trainings on research for students and manage research partnerships • Supervise 10 student ambassadors and approve time cards biweekly• Execute the NDA, SA, and SOW contract process each year• Create and administer Qualtrics 360 and Qualtrics XM surveys for evaluation of team performance and to gather corporate partner feedback
