ABOUT BONNIE SLYKHUIS
I have been a professional Trainer and Consultant for over 24 years working for Des Moines Area Community College and as an independent contractor. I have conducted over training sessions in Lean, leadership and team building for more than 200 organizations throughout the US. I am also a published author with a passion for educating people to think better, work better, feel better, and be better!As a Lean consultant/trainer I design user-friendly curriculum, train trainers, and lead process improvement activities for all types of organizations including city/state governments, manufacturing, service organizations, higher education, and K-12 education. My lean knowledge and drive to educate others on process improvement stems from 15 years in manufacturing (Pella Corporation, 3M and Maytag) and over two decades as a consultant, trainer and educator.My passion is to help people to improve what they do, how they do it, how they feel (mentally and physically), and help them reach their full potential. Hence my work as a Lean practitioner, hypnotist, author, and educator.As a hypnotist I provide hypnotherapy sessions to assist clients with a variety of life issues (habits, emotional well-being, fears, confidence, etc.). I specialize in past life regression, teach hypnosis certification training, and also perform comedy stage hypnosis shows with my family as H3 Hypnosis.
