ABOUT BONNIE OCONNOR
I have a diversified background that includes administration, management, fund development, and small business start-up. I began my career as a receptionist for a CPA firm where I quickly took on more responsibilities serving as an office and administrative manager in the accounting, banking and charity sectors. I served as an Executive Director of a Children\'s Charity, a Development Director for a State University, and as the Owner, and Founder, of a start-up pet boutique/grooming salon, and am certified as a small animal massage practitioner. I have utilized many different skills and talents over my 30+ years in business, both in the public and private sector. I have served on a variety of not-for-profit boards, and as a volunteer, currently with the Redlands Animal Shelter. I have also been the recipient of a number of awards including the 2003 Executive of the Year from the Community Foundation of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, and the Hometown Hero by Loma Linda University Children\'s Hospital. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands, and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, San Bernardino.
