About Bonnie Ng

Bonnie is currently the Director of Revenue Accounting at Facebook. She oversees the revenue controllership function, supporting business and product growth with sound internal controls, scaleable finance operation and large scale automation. Prior to this, Bonnie led various finance leadership roles at Google, most recently the Display and International Controller for Google\'s Ads Revenue business where she oversaw the global roll out of the new revenue recognition standard for all Google entities world wide and the Display Revenue controllership function. Before this Bonnie was the Global Controller for Google\'s AdSense business, managing the financial and accounting support of $14 billion of annual revenue. Before this, Bonnie spent 10 years in M&A finance, being a senior member of the M&A team at Google where she led the financial diligence and negotiation of key financial deal terms on a broad range of technology acquisitions and renewable energy investments. Prior to joining Google she was a director at KPMG Transaction Services and led the diligence of more than 100 transactions, primarily in the software and semiconductor space. Bonnie is a Chartered Accountant.

   Oversees revenue controllership function for Meta, managing a diverse team of finance leaders. Responsible for the accurate accounting of Meta’s global ads and WhatsApp revenue. Sets organization values, long-term vision, and people and system strategy.• Drives revenue accounting system transformation, including managing the technical accounting, operation, data science and data engineering functions for revenue accounting. Leverages system development and automation to drive process improvements, analytical controls, and policy development leveraging predictive analytics. Manages accurate and timely accounting close. • Partners cross functionally with metrics, ads product and sales leadership to provide finance governance and oversight.
