I\'m in the business of changing lives through connection and opportunity.For over two decades, I\'ve worked at the intersection of workforce development, education, and community impact—building programs and partnerships that open doors for people ready to transform their careers and their futures.My superpower? Whether it\'s linking an employer to the right talent, creating pathways through apprenticeships and training programs, or bringing together unlikely partners to solve complex workforce challenges, I thrive on making things happen for people.As Director of the Center for Business & Industry at Lake Land College, I oversee programs ranging from technical training to CDL licensing to registered apprenticeships. Job Functions Include:1. Promote and represent the Center for Business & Industry as the leading provider of customized employee training within the Lake Land College district.2.
