I am a Partner in Crowe’s Tax Accounting Services team with experience delivering comprehensive tax services across diverse industries. My primary focus is helping companies navigate complex income tax accounting under ASC 740, providing outsourced and co-sourced tax provision solutions, as well as advisory and audit review support.I specialize in designing scalable tax provision processes that align with each client’s operational goals and reporting requirements. My work extends to mergers and acquisitions, stock-based compensation, valuation allowance consulting, and tax credit investment strategies, serving both domestic and international clients.Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients in the manufacturing and distribution, private equity, real estate, life sciences, technology, media, and telecommunications, financial services sectors and others. I take pride in building trusted partnerships—translating complex tax accounting and compliance issues into actionable insights that strengthen financial reporting integrity and business outcomes.I’m also active in my community as Treasurer of the Louisville Chorus and am a member of both the AICPA and Kentucky Society of CPAs.
