ABOUT BONNIE AESCHLIMAN

Bonnie is a seasoned Realtor who exhibits integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transactions. Having recently moved to Tennessee to join EXIT Realty Blues City as a Realtor, Bonnie says “I have great empathy for transferees. From my relocation experience, I am acutely aware of the services transferees need in order to make selling, buying and relocating easier for all family members.” Surprisingly, Bonnie’s 30-year career was not all spent in real estate but as diverse as paralegal, education, culinary arts and consulting. She holds degrees in Family and Consumer Science with an emphasis in Housing and Design as well as a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Professional Culinary Services. However, there is a common thread making that knowledge base a wonderful asset for your Realtor. Can you think of anything better than having a consumer advocate as your Realtor? When it comes to housing design, Bonnie has expertise there too. She taught Facilities Design at the college level and has designed beautiful and functional residential and professional kitchens—one for an upscale cooking school. She is highly knowledgeable about finishes, appliances and functionality. You can rely upon her for guidance especially in designing kitchens or evaluating homes that need updates while keeping budget restrictions in mind. Bonnie’s special interests include all things related to design and hospitality- functional and beautiful kitchens and equipment, cooking, gardening, teaching culinary classes and planning culinary events.
