I feel like I\'ve returned home as I trained as an artist. When I sold real estate I worked for several builders and sold their new construction. As a lender I did a lot of construction to perm loans and participated with my clients as they chose their materials and the look of their homes. I\'ve done loans for developers from breaking ground to the end product along with remodeling my own homes and flipping a couple for profit.
