The BMW Group is a leading global premium manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles, known for its core brands BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, and BMW Motorrad, offering innovative, high-performance vehicles alongside premium financial and mobility services, all while focusing on sustainability and shaping the future of mobility.My role as a Recruitment Manager is:• Responsible for the effective and efficient co-ordination, monitoring and controlling of all recruitment processes in line with business requirements• Responsible for the effective and efficient co-ordination, monitoring and controlling of all students, graduates and apprentice recruitment processes in line with business requirements• To provide a timely and well organised process driven service, ensuring all positions are filled in time with agreed SLA.• To drive effective and efficient running of the Recruitment and Staffing function• To further develop recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively• This role will be expected to cover all recruitment activity including students, graduates and apprentices• Design of target group specific recruitment and selection methods depending on the recruiting situation in the respective location and department• Develop and refine recruitment and selection processes• Ensuring consistency of service across all UK sites• Deliver in line with SLA for all UK sites• Develop network with central function in Munich, sharing best practices• Develop, monitor and evaluate the preferred supplier list so that all jobs on site can be sourced through appropriate external suppliers• Participation in cross departmental project groups • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in recruitment and selection initiatives and employment law
