As the Product Manager Hardware Business, I am responsible for understanding IDEXX’s practice management software requirements and ensuring optimal performance in several different customer environments (for example: server-based, cloud and virtual) by creating (working with Product Engineering) and commercializing the ideal hardware infrastructure for each. I am responsible for product management, road-map, vendor relationships, supply chain optimization, sales channel partnership, competitive analysis, market analysis, customer requirements & insight, go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and pricing strategy. My responsibilities also include the financial forecast and strategies to meet the fiscal targets for the hardware business within the Veterinary Software and Services division of IDEXX.
