Responsible for directing the processes of The North Face B2B team. Manage cross-functional processes to maintain an accurate, functional B2B website and deliver seamless service experiences for The North Face wholesale customers.\\\\n\\\\n• Establish project timeline for seasonal catalog implementation, collaborating with Sales, Planning, Merchandising, and Customer Service to define deliverables necessary for successful launch of online catalog.\\\\n• Manage accurate and efficient product data loads, marketing information and images, and account permissions to enable ease of ordering by individual dealers.\\\\n• Work collaboratively and strategically with Sales and Merchandising to determine product segmentation by account channel and deliver effective sales programs for each.\\\\n• Evaluate enhancements to site functionality and perform testing as necessary to implement new features for a more customize experience by account.\\\\n• Maintain clear and complete documentation of the processes and macros used to load information for training purposes.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
