   Oversee end-to-end project materials for glass and glazing work—verifying and organizing miscellaneous hardware (bolts, shims, caulking, backer rod, anchors, water diverters, clips, assembly screws, drill bits, countersinks, etc.), maintaining accurate, accessible inventory, and proactively ordering to prevent delays. Support the shop with hands-on fabrication (cutting, drilling, and install prep) and keep the facility clean, safe, labeled, and organized, including processing materials returned from jobs. Manage logistics by securely loading and delivering materials to job sites on schedule. Lead safety compliance by maintaining a field-employee safety tracker, collecting certifications, training records, and key documents, and advocating a culture of awareness. Perform quality checks on fabricated parts and incoming supplies, conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of shop tools and equipment, and keep tight communication loops with project managers, fabricators, and field crews to keep priorities and timelines aligned.
