ABOUT HASWIKA BOMMENA

I am a Master of Science in Computer Science student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a strong background in full stack development, data engineering, machine learning. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to create innovative solutions and achieve impactful outcomes.I am currently working as a Software Engineer, developing a high-performance applications and implemented FastAPI backend to efficiently handle large-scale SQL Server data. I implemented serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and API Gateway in AWS CDK reducing operational costs by 25%. Created fully automated CI/CD pipelines.Previously, I worked as an Software Developer at DBS Bank, where I developed and deployed applications using Java, SpringBoot, Apache Kafka, AWS, ELK, Javascript, React JS, Typescript. I received multiple awards for my outstanding performance and contribution to the team and the organization. I also completed an internship on cloud computing at Verzeo, where I learned and implemented various cloud services and tools. I have published a research paper on traffic sign detection for autonomous vehicles using a novel dataset. I am currently looking for Full time opportunities where I can leverage my skills and knowledge and grow as a professional.
