Over 15 + years working experience in Project Services with engineering, procurement, construction and operating companies. Experience includes Process development, Change Management, developing project WBS, building and maintaining resource/cost loaded project schedules, tracking project cost and activities while issuing appropriate schedule reports as required by management. I have vast experience in performing earned value analysis (ETC/EAC). I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Primavera. As a risk analyst, I have myriads of experience in developing risk management plan and knowledgeable in conducting risk brainstorming session from proposal stage through award. Regularly interface with cost engineers in manpower, budget and forecast. Prepare projects cost plan in conformance with milestones dates, monitor baseline, variance analysis and progress measurements. Proven ability dealing with vendors, suppliers, contractors involved in project execution.
