Monitoring (60%-70%)• Assist in design and development of M&E system• Develop and revise the M&E data collection tools as per requirements.• Hold data quality assurance system, strengthen it and ensure quality data in MIS(offline and online)• Analyze programmatic data (Qualitative & quantitative) and draft report based on it.• Disseminate the evidences generated through programmatic data and other sources• Conduct pre-post quality data collection, compilation and analysis.• Develop training modules on the M&E system and the tools and give training torespective stakeholders• Facilitate Programmatic reviews.• Data provisioning to the other departments as per their requirementMajorDeliverables• • • Work in close coordination with different program teamsOther related tasks assigned by the supervisorField co-ordination during Survey.Management Information Software (30%- 40%)• Conceptualize, and design MIS system for various programs in the organization• Develop the data collection tools and reports for the program monitoring• Develop data quality control system for program monitoring and hold it in routinedata collection system.• Conceptualize and design new software development required for programmonitoring and data utilization by various departments• Coordinate with program teams and explore additional requirement of MISdevelopment and then digitalize it.• Extract data from the software and program MIS as and when it is required by anyteam members of the organization.
