    DP lead is a highly visible role within organization in the Supply Chain Coordination and responsible for major US therapeutic areas (Hematology, Hereditary Angioedema, Lysosomal Storage Disorders, Transplant, Gastrointestinal and Inflammation). I’m accountable for managing the demand forecast up to 58 SKUs out of 19 brands. I’m in close collaboration with the US commercial franchises, commercial planning and finance, to ensure the proper demand signal is being submitted for US brands in the US and PR markets. In this role I’m implementing and managing a framework that maximizes customer service level, optimize inventory levels, improving forecast accuracy and reducing product discards in the US. I utilize statistical and commercial forecasts for key brands within the franchises, and drive demand reviews with leaders to ensure the most appropriate forecast signal is provided to the Operational Units.I’m focused on demand planning (base and high/low modeling scenarios) for new launches and existing products, supply planning, cross-functional demand consensus reviews, inventory planning, core supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, customer service level target), forecast and analytics, new products launches, inventory obsolescence aged/expiry/discontinuations, inventory capacity and product flows, US and Global S & OP’s participations, product life cycle/code maintenance ownership, alignments with Customer Service and Logistics on product supply to plan and meet service level goals.
