I lead our Digital Engagement team at Ciena, helping drive our interactions with customers and partners through our marketing programs, website, social media, and digital marketing.My background is in social media, and I have built two corporate B2B social media programs from scratch. The first was in 2007 when I led the launch of Nortel\'s B2B social media program and corporate blog. In 2010, I joined Ciena and led the launch of its B2B social media program and Ciena Insights blog.
