Distribusion is a B2B marketplace connecting travel brands with travel providers through APIs to make ground transportation more accessible. We work with major partners such as Google, Flixbus, Kiwi, Deutsche Bahn, and many more.I joined the company before the series B funding in 2022 when we were ~30 people and helped grow the company to 300+ and 10x in revenue. I was actively involved in 100+ hires in Engineering and Product and in a number of change management projects and I have the longest tenure in the People team which currently grew to 10+ members. Roles include- Senior Engineering Managers, Team/Tech Leads, Mid-Senior Software Engineers, QAs, DevOps, etc- Lead Product Managers, Technical Product Managers (TPMs)- Other non-technical roles (e.g. BD, Retail, Partnerships etc.)

Academic and personal background- Played professional football in Romania (CFR Cluj, U Cluj) and semi-pro in England until my early 20s - First-Class Honors in BSc Mathematics & Sports Science and Distinction in MSc Human Resource Management (CIPD accredited) from the University of Birmingham - Runner and Spartan (obstacle course running) athlete in the Romanian national team with more than 20 podiums nationally and internationally
