Ursula started teaching Yoga in 2021 after practicing for almost 10 years. She is a RYT 500 certified Yoga Teacher with the US Yoga Alliance (YA), the World Yoga Federation (WYF) and Mediation Alliance International (MAI). Her goal is to share this thousands years old, proven practice with those who seek to change and transform their life for the better – may it be in their physical body, mind, or soul. Ursula’s belief is that Yoga can be practiced everywhere and her classes are indoors or outdoors, at Yoga Studios, Community Centers, Hotel or Board Rooms, in-person or via video ….and everything in-between.
