My career in operations management is built on turning around underperforming teams, optimizing processes, and driving sustainable growth. From overseeing multimillion-dollar portfolios to leading complex programs in aerospace and industrial manufacturing, I\'ve had the privilege of guiding teams through challenging periods and setting new benchmarks for success.At P4G Capital Management, I devised a comprehensive plan that stabilized operations across a $200M portfolio but also set the stage for exponential growth. Within just six months, we doubled peak revenue and set new records for EBITDA. My approach is rooted in continuous improvement, leadership development, and aligning operational strategies with long-term business goals.Before P4G, I was tasked with transforming a \"blank canvas\" into a thriving manufacturing environment at TAT Limco. This was no small feat—setting up a new operation for an Israeli company transitioning to the U.S. market, six months behind schedule. I built operating systems and KPIs from scratch, created 60+ new jobs, and generated $20M in new revenue, setting the foundation for further expansion.My journey began with hands-on experience in production management at Kaman Composites and Unitech Composites, where I learned the importance of data-driven decision-making and team empowerment. I’ve consistently delivered results by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.I believe that the key to successful operations management lies in balancing the big picture with the finer details.
