About Bodhi Severns

Education: University of Oklahoma recieved a Masters of Science- Human Relations with a specialization in Diversity, Equity, and Social Justice.I received my Bachelors of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis on photojournalism in May 2010 from California State University-Northridge. I have since worked in retail as a team lead in the Men\'s department at Urban Outfitters. I left Urban Outfitters to further my career and enter the finance industry where I currently continue my employment. At BECU, I am a Senior Organizational Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program Specialist. I oversee and manage our Employee Resource Groups. Our ERGs are open to ALL employees.In previous roles as a DEI Talent Development Consultant, I delivered workshops for the organization leading our managers and above to create inclusive environments for all. I also served on the inaugural Diversity Council. The proudest effort during the Diversity council I had done was creating, recommending, and aiding in approval of our Member Code of Conduct making the workplace safe for all employees.
