We were founded on August 1, 2018 by Bodequia Simon, LMSW for Black women pursuing and working within the field of Social Work. With our base being social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, we curated a safe space for Black women within the field to network, support, and empower one another. We are an expanding organization that is branching past the cyber world and making our mark within the field and within vulnerable communities in need.
