ABOUT ROBERT HEALY

Bob Healy is a seasoned credit- risk management professional with more than two decades of hands-on experience in super-regional, regional, and community banking environments. He currently serves as the Chief Credit Officer at Country Club Bank, a division of FNBO, where he has provided strategic direction and leadership for over 15 years. His career also includes a significant tenure at US Bank, where he managed credit risk for a diverse portfolio and played a crucial role in merger and acquisition due diligence.With a strong foundation in loan review, underwriting, commercial real estate, commercial and industrial (C&I), and consumer lending, as well as credit department management, Healy brings a wealth of expertise to the financial industry. He has leveraged his critical thinking, credit analysis and technical analytical abilities to lead more than 100 loan review and merger and acquisition teams. His leadership and relationship-building skills have been instrumental in fostering cooperative efforts to ensure fair assessments as he and his teams evaluated complex lending divisions and financial institutions in a wide variety of industries.As a motivational and inspirational public speaker, Healy is known for his creativity and ability to simplify complex ideas into relatable terms, effectively delivering messages to diverse audiences.
