Bob Webb, CPA is the CEO of Webb Group, a buy-side M&A advisory and executive interim management firm. Webb has served as CEO, COO, CRO and CFO in several companies and has over 20 years of financial, operational and organizational expertise including enhanced cash flow management, balance sheet restructuring, recapitalizations, business operations optimization, organization realignments and due diligence in all aspects of enterprise transformation and transition. Positive results have been achieved in over 50 high impact transitions, throughout 35 states in the U.S, Europe, and Mexico with over $100MM impact. Webb is a highly-rated CPE instructor and Speaker in leadership, management and accounting. Webb provides executive coaching to Boards and senior management in finance, organization and operations and leads rapid improvement initiatives during turnaround and optimization engagements. He leads his team in providing assessment and advisory services for private equity firms, family businesses, banks, and stakeholders. Webb also invests in and provides business management services to start-up and early stage companies for private investors and venture capitalists. He is also qualified as an expert financial witness and has testified in the United States Bankruptcy Court – Eastern District of Tennessee.In his early career, he worked for DuPont and subsidiaries of Dover Corp. before joining privately owned and family businesses. He quickly became the company problem solver and developed the instincts for improving and then leading business turnarounds. After a successful corporate career, he started his own firm and then co-founded a second firm to partner with like-minded professionals to deliver a broader array of services while maintaining defined specialties in financial, operational and organizational leadership services.Bob graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Business Administration and has supplemented his knowledge base with annual courses for over 20 years. He is a member of the AICPA, TSCPA and an investor with the Angel Capital Group.
