The work defines best practices, governance, risk models, and adoption pathways that enable operators and vendors to deploy AI responsibly, at scale, and in regulatory alignment, turning fragmented experimentation into repeatable, interoperable industry capability.The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) is an American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-accredited Standards Developing Organization (SDO) that develops technical specifications for the cable telecommunications industry.
