rEvolution’s first in-house Corporate Counsel- Review, draft, and negotiate all legal agreements including, but not limited to, NDAs, client MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, talent and influencer agreements, independent contractor agreements, freelancer agreements, sponsorship agreements, and lease agreements- Actively built out and continue to manage a contract workflow platform utilizing Salesforce to track the end-to-end lifecycle of all legal agreements, capturing relevant KPIs throughout the process- Managed and processed over individual contract requests in 2021- Development and updating of all rEvolution legal templates and policies to ensure compliance with the latest laws and regulations- Handle all insurance-related matters including management of the annual policy renewal in tandem with rEvolution’s COO- Actively assist rEvolution’s HR team on employee, contractor, freelancer, and policy related matters- Provide counsel to the CEO and COO on M&A matters- Management of outside counsel relationships in the US and UK.
