I do this by approaching my business more as a consultant, educating and advising, versus a typical sales person selling and pressuring. I partner with Long and Foster, a company that matches my values and high standards of honesty and integrity, while always trying to do the right thing. They are ahead of the curve in deploying the latest technology and provide all of the services needed to complete a real estate transaction, if the client wants those additional services.I use a very specific six step process that leads to a successful sale/purchase - on time, with the fewest problems and the best price. What all this means is we provide the highest level of quality service for our clients while leveraging L&F\'\'s market success to our clients benefit.
