About Bob Ranallo

Bob is the Partner-in-Charge of the Skoda Minotti Valuation & Litigation Advisory Services group and the Advisory Partner for the firm’s Real Estate and Construction group. He works extensively in many different industries and assists clients with a wide variety of strategic planning services, business advisory services, litigation advisory services, business valuations, succession and estate planning, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Bob is also an Accredited Business Valuator, a Certified Valuation Analyst and Certified in Financial Forensics. Independent of his activity at Skoda Minotti, Bob is also a licensed attorney and the Managing Partner of Ranallo & Aveni LLC, Attorneys & Counselors at Law, where he has counseled hundreds of closely-held businesses and business owners on a wide range of commercial, real estate and financing matters. He assists clients with issues related to organizational and operational issues, commercial and real estate matters, financing transactions, strategic planning and succession planning. Bob has served on a number of occasions as a court-appointed special master, expert and neutral in the resolution of complex commercial disputes and business valuation matters. He has extensive experience in receiverships, mediations and arbitrations, and has testified as an expert witness in numerous federal and state courts. Bob is a graduate of Leadership Lake County and an active member of his community. He currently serves as the Mayor of the Village of Waite Hill and previously served as President of the Waite Hill Village Council. Bob was also a five-term Councilman-at-Large for the City of Willoughby during which he chaired the City Council’s Economic Development and Environmental Planning Committees. He is a Charter Trustee and Executive Committee member of the Andrews Osborne Academy, and a trustee to the School of Fine Arts.
