I am thrilled to share that I am now gaining an in-house/client perspective by joining the occupier side at Reece. This transition completes my corporate real estate journey, providing me with a holistic view of the industry. I am deeply grateful for the past eight years at CBRE, where I honed my expertise as a provider across transactions, technology, and data analytics.Most brokers tend to classify themselves by an asset class. After planning, managing, and negotiating millions of square feet in office, industrial, and retail spaces, I discovered that my true specialty isn’t a specific asset class—it’s people. My focus has always been on my corporate occupier clients, not just their real estate needs but their broader goals. They don’t need real estate or even a broker; what they truly need are solutions that drive business growth while balancing costs. Real estate is simply one of the tools I bring to enable their success. To me, commercial real estate is, first and foremost, about the commercial.With a unique background that spans different cultures and business lines, I strive to bring extra value to every interaction. I may be the best lease negotiator among business analysts or one of the few brokers who can build dashboards and write code. My business school and consulting background allow me to sit comfortably with CEOs, discussing trends beyond real estate—topics that truly matter to their core business.Curiosity and perseverance have always been my guiding principles for growth, success, and happiness. Each year, I challenge myself to learn something new and seemingly impossible. In 2022, I trained for and completed a full marathon while attending a virtual program at Harvard Business School, thanks to the democratization of technology.
