A highly experienced Real Estate Executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals to new levels of success as well as developing new business and new opportunities. Strong technical and business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 25 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, acquisition, disposition, property management, asset management & real estate development projects. With a keen eye for opportunities in value creation, Bob has the abilities of an entrepreneur while having been trained in the best practices of some of Canada’s largest real estate institutions (through partnerships and representation).
